One chatbot answers questions. A team of agents does the work: one drafts the content, one watches the numbers, one chases the follow-ups, all reporting to you. Build Your AI Team designs that team around your goals and your tools in a single day, with the approval gates and the measurement built in from the start.
Who it is for.
The right room.
- Founders with a head of growth or a small team who want leverage without headcount.
- Leaders whose growth still depends on them personally, and who want the work systematised instead.
- Teams ready to move past single tools into agents that run whole workflows.
What you leave with.
The outcome.
- AI agents shaped around your goals as one specialist team, designed for your business.

- A 90-day plan for rolling the team out across your growth work.
