Efficient First:
the AI automation workshop for growing brands.
A half-day workshop for founders and small growth teams buried in reporting, briefs and replies. Leave with three repeat workflows running in your own tools by the end of the session.
- Live online or in person
- Half day
- Dates announced soon
Most teams lose hours every week to work that repeats: reporting, briefs, replies, follow-ups. Efficient First turns the three heaviest repeat workflows into AI workflows that run inside your own tools. You build them in the session, with guidance, and leave with all three running.
Who it is for.
The right room.
- Founders and small growth teams buried in reporting, briefs and replies.
- Operators whose week disappears into work that repeats but never gets systematised.
- Teams who bought AI tools and still do the same tasks by hand.
What you leave with.
The outcome.
- Three repeat workflows running in your own tools by the end of the session.
- The method for spotting the next ten, ranked by the hours each one gives back.
- The know-how to adjust each workflow as your tools and your team change.
What happens in the session.
Half day, live online or in person.
Name the repeats
List the reporting, briefs and replies eating your week. The heaviest three become the build list.
Design the workflows
Turn each repeat task into a clear AI workflow: the trigger, the steps, the checks, the output.
Build them live
Build each workflow in your own tools during the session, with guidance at every step.
Hand over the keys
Leave with three workflows running, documented, and ready for your team to use on Monday.
